Return Guidelines:

If you are not satisfied with the product that you received and except perishable or food products,
 you can return the item by contact +971 58 874 9929  24/7,The returned item shall subject to the following conditions:
1.Return the items within 2 days from the date of receiving your order.
2.Presents ‘as new’ in appearance is unused and shows no signs of use, wear and tear or damage. We cannot accept used items.

3.Be packaged in its original undamaged packaging with all product tickets and tags.
In the unlikely event that  received damaged goods, are faulty on arrival or you have simply an incorrect item in your order or it does not match the product description, we will help to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible. We will happily replace the item or refund the amount, as per your choice.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Unopened, unused items in original packaging

  • Items damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect items received

  • Non-perishable products depending on category

B. Non-Returnable Items

  • Fresh, frozen, or perishable goods

  • Items opened or used

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or discounted clearance items



Refund Guidelines:

We will issue a refund to you depending on the method you used for payment. The refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our warehouse and inspected by our team. Once approved, the refund in case of credit/debit card payment takes up to twenty(20) days. And if the refund is in cash, you will receive the refund within three (3) days.

NOTE: If you have cancelled your order  before shipping and have paid by card, we will return the amount to your credit/debit card within Twenty (20) days
