Great Plains Cheese Sauces are commercially sterile and as packaged are ready to serve. For best flavor we suggest you serve it warm (above 140°F (60°C)).

If product has been opened and refrigerated it should be heated to a minimum temperature of 165°F (73.8°C) according to local food codes. Reheating more than once is not recommended.

Product is compatible with most moist heating methods – steam table, double boiler, cheese pump. Sauce can be microwaved for immediate use.

Once heated; hold covered over moist heat, stirring frequently. Do not hold cheese sauce above 140°F (73.8°C) for more than six hours.
